Just when we thought the posh ladies lunch had gone the way of the push-up bra, we decided to break bread with the girls at the Four Season's new Yew, which was all a-buzz at the noon hour.

The bright and airy space with a tree decor theme and elegant floating fireplace was host to a mixed crowd of lunching ladies, business trios and celebs (we spied Gillian Anderson—here filming the X-Files movie—with her adorable toddler son and husband and the largest diaper bag we've even seen).
